I'm writing to ask your permission, on behalf of <<FESTIVAL_OR_EVENT_ORGANIZATION>>, to display photographs of this work as part of Hook And Eye Co.'s portfolio. We understand that pageantry and festival traditions often hold the visual reveal for the event itself, and our request is specifically for post-event display only — never before the event has taken place, and never in a form that would compromise the surprise of a coronation, parade, or first appearance.

Once any embargo has lifted, the photographs would appear in the following places, all of them promotional uses of our own past work and none of them commercial or for-sale uses involving the festival or event:

• Our portfolio at <<HOOK_AND_EYE_WEBSITE_URL>> (project detail page)
• Our social media accounts (Instagram and similar)
• Print marketing materials — brochures, exhibition or trade-show panels, presentation decks for prospective clients

In return, we'd credit <<FESTIVAL_OR_EVENT_NAME>> by name in every caption and portfolio entry where the photograph appears, and we'd link to your organization's website where the format allows. We'd also honor any specific attribution wording, hashtags, or visual conventions your organization prefers. If your organization has a tradition of identifying the bearer by year or role (queen, duchess, court member, krewe captain, debutante, etc.), we'd follow your preferred phrasing.

This permission would cover the <<YEAR_OR_SEASON>> garment specifically; if we build for <<FESTIVAL_OR_EVENT_NAME>> in future years, we'd request permission separately for each year's work. The permission would remain in effect until you ask us to retire the photographs, in which case we'd remove them from forward-going use within thirty days of your written request. The photographs themselves remain Hook And Eye Co.'s property.
